Olayinka is a seasoned professional with a first degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and is a Chartered Secretary. She currently serves as the Global Pastor of Teenz Nation at The Elevation Church, where she provides visionary leadership to teenagers across multiple expressions.

With over 15 years of experience, she has held key roles including Head of HR & Corporate Services, Chief of Staff, and Office Manager at organizations such as Greenpeg Engineering, Wakanow, Alterra Capital, and Carlyle Nigeria Investment Advisors.

She is the author of her debut book, “Olayinka: My Rebirth.” Her life’s mission is to inspire her generation, raise teen leaders, and be a transformative voice in life and purpose-driven living.

In her spare time, she enjoys music, dancing, and spending time with family.
