At Down, Phil leads a data-driven product team for an app with over 10 million users in the hyper-competitive online dating space. He previously co-founded ECitySky, a social gaming company in Beijing which exited to YY Inc. in Guangzhou, where he served as a senior product manager on mobile apps.

Prior to his first startup, Phil was a product manager on search at Google Mountain View.

Phil holds a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
