Richard currently takes up multiple roles. He is the co-founder, co-producer, co-curator and creative director of Pan-Asia Network. Richard is also the TEDx Ambassador to China of TEDxShanghai. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Tongji University for the School of Design and Innovation.
