Clement Song is a Venture Partner of Sinnovation Ventures, and Chairman of Clement and Xinxin Foundation.

Clement graduated from the University of Virginia in 2004 with a degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering as a Rodman Scholar. After graduating, he joined Microsoft Xbox team as product manager. He participated in the development and release of Xbox360, Xbox Live, and Xbox Live Vision products. In 2008, he returned to China and founded eCitySky as CEO, creating the world’s first web3D virtual world platform “GameXiu”. ECitySky merged with YY in 2011 and successfully listed on NASDAQ in 2012. In 2014, he founded AiNemo as CEO, and launched smart home and robotics brands “Xiaoyu@Home” and “Xiaodu@Home”. Xiaodu@Home smart display product sold about 10 million units in 2019 with close to 400mil USD in sales, ranking first in the world in the smart display category. Baidu acquired AiNemo in 2020. Clement cofounded XYLink in 2016, a spinoff from AiNemo, which is now a leading cloud based video conferencing company in China. Clement also angel-invested in high-tech companies in China and US, and a few have grown to become renowned industry leaders, such as smart agriculture company XAG, global Communications-Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) provider Agora, and AI-powered translation service company Lilt.
