Dominic Penaloza has ten years of consumer internet business experience and six years of private equity and investment banking experience in Asia. Dominic is the CEO of Peace Inc., the world’s first Privacy-On-Demand service, a city-wide network of smart private ‘Peace Pods’ in shopping malls, office buildings, residential complexes, transportation hubs, and other buildings. He’s also the CEO of REinvent, Asia’s first innovation studio focused on technologies for the real estate industry.

Before founding Peace, he was the Head of Innovation and Technology at WeWork Greater China and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Naked Group.

Penaloza graduated from Canada’s University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business with an Honors Business Administration degree.
