Ellen has had over 15 years of cross-border business development and investment experience. In addition, she has worked for a range of different companies; from Fortune 500 International companies such as Allianz, AXA, IBM to local Chinese companies, as well as start-ups (especially in the Financial Services and High Tech industries). Ellen possesses rich knowledge and experience in all corporate functions (except for IT Director).

She was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Co. She is currently a Managing Partner at LightSilver Capital. Previously, she was at Partner at Ruili Investment Advisory as well as the Managing Partner & Director of Nexus Advisory GmBH.

Ellen holds an MBA from Wharton Business School and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She also speaks a little bit of German.
