Hayk is a co-founder of BizBaz. Prior to this, he was the Head of Business Development at Global Yellow Pages (GYP) in Singapore. He spearheaded the business transformation of GYP into a digital powerhouse that helps local and regional SMEs grow and become profitable.

On a broader level, Hayk specialises in product, strategy, marketing, innovation and gamification, having worked with and consulted SMEs and MNCs in Germany, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Nepal and Mozambique. He was previously the regional (MENA) ambassador for Board of Innovation, one of the top European business model innovation consultancies.

Hayk also has an entrepreneurial flair. In 2009, he co-founded the first co-working space in Egypt (and MENA). His latest initiatives include KarTag, the first social transport platform in the MENA region and Engezni, a food discovery and ordering platform for users and restaurants.

In his spare time, Hayk volunteers with TakingITGlobal, the largest youth portal on the Internet, and is currently the coordinator of Member Advisory Committee of TIG.

Hayk is fluent in five languages- Armenian, English, French, Portuguese and Russian.
