Lucas Englehardt is a serial China entrepreneur, CEO of BloggerInsight, and co-founder of Shanghai’s hackerspace 88 Spaces. Featured in the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and NPR, he advises, speaks and blogs about tech and startups in Asia. Englehardt is passionate about startups, new media, internet culture and social responsibility.
Englehardt is was the CEO of xixilab.com, offering direct-to-consumer teeth straightening with invisible braces. In 2012, Lucas founded and served as CEO of WaimaiChaoren, an O2O food delivery startup. After successfully scaling the business to eighteen cities, he finally exited the company to Delivery Hero in 2016.
Prior to WaimaiChaoren, Englehardt worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and GCS Business Capital. Englehardt is bilingual in English and Mandarin, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Union College (New York).
