Marianne Tsanis started her career with Nestle, where she worked for 23 years in local, regional and global roles in Australia, the USA, Switzerland, North Africa and China, starting in marketing and then general management.

Marianne brings experience in strategy, operations, marketing and innovation in food and beverage, nutrition health and wellness as well dairy business leadership in North Africa and China – providing her with a strong operational experience across the entire value chain from Farm to Consumer.

In her most recent role with Amway in California, she led global teams based in China and the US to develop and execute the growth strategy for Nutrilite, the leading vitamins and dietary supplements brand globally, helping Amway entrepreneurs build health and wellness businesses with plant-powered nutrition.
