Neil is a creative technology executive with a passion for building and launching innovative products. With deep roots in Silicon Valley tech culture and companies such as WebEx and Cisco, he is experienced in multiple functions including product management, user experience design, and international market development.

In 2009, Neil returned to his birthplace of Shanghai to join frog design, a global innovation and design firm. There, he was responsible for building the program management practice for Asia, and was a key member of the Shanghai leadership team that helped establish the studio as one of frog’s best. In 2012, Neil became head of the China studio for FITCH design, a global retail and brand consultancy. There, he was responsible for management of the studio team and leadership of experiential design projects for major retail brands such as Dell and Adidas. Neil is currently an independent consultant working with technology companies to elevate their product development processes.
Neil holds a BS degree in electrical and computer engineering from Northwestern University.
