Paul Stepanek is the founder of Complete Manufacturing & Distribution (CMD), and has over 27 years of experience in Greater China. He is the youngest of seven children from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. He took the advice of “go West young man” to heart.

CMD assists financial institutions and hard goods companies with implementing their China initiatives. CMD provides capability due diligence and consulting services including market studies, audits, sourcing, manufacturing support, QA/QC, facility set-up, import & export, warehousing and local distribution. CMD has a team of experienced professionals based in Shanghai, and working across the region.

Paul enjoys the outdoors and also owns BOHDI® ADVENTURES (www.bohdi.com.cn). In China, BOHDI® provides team building and adventures to individuals, schools, and companies
