Quinn Taw is currently a venture partner at Mustang Venutre. He has experience in media, advertising and marketing executive with deep experience in heading large media agencies, starting up a successful interactive agency, corporate M&A and strategic partnerships, as well as venture capital investing in consumer, media and e-commerce – over the course of over 15 years in China and Japan.
He understands, articulates and can pragmatically make things work in China’s complex and fast-evolving interplay between traditional media, new media, advertisers, agencies, marketing budgets, technology, venture capital, operational and legal bottlenecks, consumer habits and content.
Previously he headed China’s two largest media planning/buying agency groups: WPP’s GroupM and Publicis’ China Media Exchange (CMX).
