He has worked in the Policy and Economics Research Institute, CAICT (China Academy of Information and Communications Technology), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He is mainly engaged in the research on telecommunications and Internet related legislation, intellectual property rights, competition law and WTO rules. He has served as the negotiator of the Chinese government for the China-Switzerland Free Trade Zone Negotiation and one of the Chinese experts of the China-Europe Digital Economy Expert Dialogue. He has delivered speeches at the World Trade Organization, Oxford University, APEC, etc., introducing China’s Internet industry and legislation.
