Stephen Price is the Founder and Managing Director of ikuramedia, an Ikura Group Ltd. company focused on delivering high-quality mobile apps to B2C enterprises. He is an expert in mobile technology and software development with global experience managing strategic programs and partnerships with developers, vendors and operators.

Price previously managed and led strategic technology projects as part of a strategic alliance between Vodafone Group and China Mobile, including the Joint Innovation Lab project to build a worldwide developer platform with an addressable market of over 1 billion customers. Price also led the technical convergence of 3G handsets between Japan and the rest of the world, and as an active participant in the Open Mobile Alliance, drove the development of standards to enable a global market of secure downloadable content.

Price graduated with honors from the University of York with a Masters Degree in Computer Systems and Software Engineering.
