Yannick Boucher is the Executive Producer at Supermassive Games Ltd. Boucher is absolutely passionate about games, and loves being at the cutting edge of consumer technology and popular art and culture, with over a dozen years in the video games and interactive entertainment industry, he has managed multi-million-dollar projects and shipped multi-million-unit selling high profile games in the mobile, PC, and console markets, through his various roles at such household names as Gameloft, Ubisoft, 2K, and Crytek. He was previously a Development Director at Electronic Arts, managing and growing top-tier teams who are developing and delivering work on some of the most advanced, most successful game franchises in the world. Having worked in North America, Europe, and Asia, Yannick has deep expertise in multicultural development environments and managing both the science and art of making video games. Some of his strengths include project management best practices and standardizations, multi-site development and communication, resource planning, hiring and retaining strategies, and financial planning. He has a long list of interests in the spheres of technology, society, economics, and is interested in mentoring anyone who wants to excel at execution of a great idea to either entertain the world or solve some of its biggest energy/climate change challenges.
