Simon is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years’ experience in technology start-ups, venture capital, investor relations, financial services, investment banking, and strategic business initiatives. He also has strong process improvement and project management experience, and completed Six Sigma Black Belt training.

Simon’s global experience includes roles in finance and technology on Wall Street, in Silicon Valley, and the APAC region. His recent experience includes leading a $120M growth capital raise from private equity investors for a Vietnamese mobility company, and for a Singapore-based B2B start-up, where he raised over $10M in funding from regional venture capitalists and HNW individuals using equity, venture debt, loans and convertible notes.

He has advised numerous start-ups (both in APAC and in the US) on strategic fundraising and business development. Simon’s wide network include some of APAC’s best-known venture capitalists and private equity investors, as well as various HNW investors and private debt providers.
