Emerging market specialist, since 2004, Tim has been working with companies of all size with their launch into Asia, with a specific emphasis on China. He enjoys working with innovative companies, in particular those in education, and BPO using recurring/subscription-based delivery platforms.

After working with the JLJ Group for nearly 10 years, Tim helped sell the business he developed to the Sovereign Group, where he now leads the China operations. Before that, he worked with the Princeton Review on launching their presence in Shanghai. Tim holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of New Mexico. He has served as the Vice Chair of the Trade & Distribution Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce China and as an Adjunct Professor at CIEE, delivering a course on emerging market entry frameworks and strategies to US undergraduate students.
