Caroline Hsu has a proven track record in business consulting, brand development, corporate strategy, and integrated marketing communications.
Caroline Hsu currently serves as Managing Director at The Hoffman Agency, where she is responsible for the integrated communications consultancy business in nine markets in APAC, including Greater China (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen), North Asia (Tokyo, Seoul), and Southeast Asia (Singapore, and Jakarta).
Prior to The Hoffman Agency, Caroline Hsu was responsible for global marketing, public relations and internal communications at Appier, a technology company that makes it easy for businesses to use artificial intelligence to grow and succeed in a cross screen world.
At Google, Caroline Hsu built the communications program and team in Taiwan & Hong Kong from ground up, including corporate, policy, product, business, social, internal and crisis communications. There, Caroline Hsu initiated the “Empowering Young Entrepreneurs” (EYE) Program with the Chinese University of Hong Kong and began the “Little Mentors” Program to empower university graduates.
Caroline Hsu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
