Lynn has unique first-hand multi-sector experience in multi-regions, a proven track record of building new businesses with scalable models in telecommunication, banking, PE, and mobile internet, and has worked in Canada, Singapore, and China.

At Ant Group, her business focuses on providing all essential financial services to global e-commerce merchants in their cross border trade activities to drive the ecosystem to be more efficient. Previously Lynn run a global digital talent training and empowerment initiative jointly established by Ant and the IFC (a member of the World Bank). The initiative has trained thousands digital professionals from 100+ countries. Prior to Ant, she worked in a leading private investment company, led several overseas multi-billion USD M&A deals, and exited with handsome returns. Prior to this, Lynn joined one of Canada’s top banks and built two new business lines from scratch to a multi-billion USD portfolio in Asia-Pacific based in Singapore. She started her career in a global leading R&D center in Canada where she managed her products through the entire lifecycle in many major system software development projects.

Lynn has an MBA degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa in Canada.
