Cristina has been working in Luxury and Technology for the past 20 years, working for the world’s most prestigious brands connecting creativity and innovation. She is currently Catalyst Advisor at The Lane Crawford Joyce Group, Asia’s pre-eminent luxury lifestyle Group. She is responsible to forge connections with global thought leaders, disruptors and game changers beyond retail, to bring knowledge and create a diverse network for the Group, stimulating ideas and new ways to invest and to partner. She is consultant for thecage.io, targeting startups building B2B technologies and/or services that apply to luxury & lifestyle retail. Cristina founded LUXARITY.com and it was acquired by LCJG.

Before joining LCJG, Cristina led Apple’s team and high growth expansion in HK and China, one of the largest growth markets for Apple globally. She and her Team over 1,500 members made an important contribution to Apple’s $8.8 billion revenues in China. Previously, Cristina was Regional Retail Director at Prada Group, where she was responsible for the the Prada, Miu Miu and Car Shoe brands, covering 12 countries and over 100 stores with 1,500 employees, and was involved in the preparation of Prada’s IPO.Previously, Cristina was the Operations Director for Gucci Europe, and worked for several years at Louis Vuitton Fashion Group in Europe and Asia, where she was responsible for business development, marketing and store operations. She started her career in Marketing at Louis Vuitton London through a Leonardo da Vinci grant from the EU. Cristina is Alumni at Harvard Business School, Stanford, Insead, Tsinghua, CEIBS & IESE. She has participated as a Retail & Luxury specialist at HBS classes and has been panelist and keynote speaker at Retail & Asian events at HBS, MIT, LBS, IMD & INSEAD.

She is an active investor in funds and companies that create sustainable impact through the SDGs, and advisor of several companies that are focusing on innovation & sustainability.

She speaks English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian & French. She is a certified instructor for Yoga, Meditation & Reiki, an Officer of the HBS Alumni in HK, Business Ambassador for the Government of Catalonia, Ambassador for Global Blockchain Business Council in HK, advisor for ExtremeTechChallenge.org, and founder of SiliconBali.io.
