Bertrand is a strategic advisor and executive mentor with over 28 years of leadership experience across more than 60 countries, including extensive work in developing markets throughout Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.

He formerly served as General Manager for Developing Markets at Reckitt, where he led business units and product categories such as consumer health, cosmetics, and surface care across high-growth regions. Throughout his career, Bertrand has worked across 100+ product categories and lived in France, the UK, Italy, Japan, India, Vietnam, Singapore, the UAE, and Ethiopia.

Today, he partners with scaleup-stage founders as a strategic sparring partner—helping clarify vision, simplify complexity, and turn strategy into action. Known for bringing structure, governance, and multicultural insight to fast-growing companies, Bertrand focuses on long-term collaboration and has mentored over 100 founders and executives from more than 50 nationalities. His expertise is particularly strong in B2C sectors such as FMCG, consumer health, and e-commerce.

He holds an MBA from Paris-Dauphine, a Master’s in Digital Transformation and Lean Startup from Columbia Business School, and certifications as a board director and executive mentor.
