Aditya is leading the Orbit Startups program by SOSV in the India and MENA region. He has been an active evangelist of entrepreneurship and innovation programs for more than 7 years, in his previous role he supported entrepreneurs as the Ecosystem & Growth initiatives Lead at Chiratae Ventures where he was responsible for the launch of Sonic program, an industry first seed investment initiative and multiple seed programs while managing the overall community of portfolio companies, LPs and ecosystem partners. Over the last year, he started engaging with startups in the MENA region through Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority as an Innovation Consultant for their Anjal Z program.

Earlier, as part of the revenue strategy team at YourStory Media, he led innovation programs, while managing key corporate and investor relations. He worked with more than 20 corporate innovation programs during his tenure.

Over the many years he has advised and supported some of the firms like Shell India, Reliance Jio, Target India, Maersk GSC, NetApp India, Intel India, Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, YES Bank and Axis Bank with their initiatives for startups across Energy, FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, Health and Hardware tech sectors.

Aditya holds a computer science engineering degree and got exposed to technology and coding at an early age. He is a track certified race car driver and is known for his enthusiasm for traveling and networking.
