Prior to Orbit Startups, JD was an investment manager at New Access Capital, onshore RMB VC fund. JD was responsible for deal sourcing, investing and fundraising – Sector focus on Tech (soft, hard), web3, new consumer. Before joining New Access Capital, JD was in Asset Management consulting and Investment Banking.

He holds a MSc from University of London.
