Ken is a 3 time COO, with 4 Exits, with a career starting in marketing in 2006 and spanning 3 countries, he has work on product, growth, and management at a variety of companies including WPP Mindshare, down to small 8 man SMEs. He focuses on Management, operations and growth, having helped optimise the revenue model for the UKs first AdTech unicorn, Ve Interactive in 2009; scaled a 6 person startup to 30 people and an Exit; and planned and delivered multiple multi-channel, multi-million dollar marketing campaigns in China for brand like Kimberly-Clark, Hershal, Pizza Hut and Sephora. Additionally, he guest lectures for NUS NOC, and his efforts in HR and people analytics were recognised as a case study for the Alibaba Business School (GET) Program in 2019.
