Previously, he worked with some emerging startups across Pakistan, MENA, and Kenya – spanning various industries – where he led cross-functional growth and BizOps teams, built growth foundations, and drove high-impact growth projects. His work experience has spanned various functions including data, customer experience, growth marketing, product and operations, giving him a deep, holistic understanding of growth. He takes a hands-on approach rooted in data, customer understanding, and rapid iteration – tackling challenges head-on, launching fast, and refining continuously.

Salman is passionate about startups and the broader startup ecosystem – this is where he thrives. He enjoys solving problems, building and scaling impactful products, and helping others do the same. His drive is fueled by a commitment to creating meaningful change through tech and innovation.

Beyond work, he’s a die-hard cricket fan, having played at school, college, and district levels. He’s also passionate about football, a fan of Messi, The Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter series. He’s working on building a reading habit, enjoys nature, and seeks to travel as much as he can.
