Michael is a founder, writer, and community builder. He’s Head of Marketing of TrustToken, creators of the leading DeFi protocol for collateral-free lending, TrueFi, and top stablecoins with billions in monthly volume; CEO of Truth Cartel, a marketing agency specialized in emerging technologies; and owner of The Crypto, Medium’s largest blockchain-focused publication.

Michael was Editor in Chief at Startup Grind and Entrepreneur-in-Residence for SOS Ventures with the dLab blockchain accelerator. He runs San Francisco’s OneSalon community and previously co-directed Startup Grind Shenzhen and San Francisco. His written work includes two books on living and working in Asia, columns in Inc and Fortune, and contributed to Bankless, CoinDesk and other crypto outlets. He’s a speaker and moderator on topics of technology, marketing, and culture.
