Combining international experience in engineering, banking, private equity and venture capital, employing a deep understanding of Chinese SMEs and a variety of industries in China, she helps Fortune 500 companies and ventures improve innovation practices and achieve growth. She is also a passionate educator, designing creativity curricula for teenagers, China’s next generation of innovators.

She received her master degrees in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University and RWTH Aachen University. She is also author of the forthcoming book ‘Business ecosystems in China: Alibaba and Competing Baidu, Tencent, Xiaomi and LeEco’ with Routledge.
