I’ve founded 10 companies, across 15 countries, exited 2, led teams up to 50 people. The last 6 years I’ve built companies in vibration energy harvesting at SUSTech and advanced laser systems, both in Shenzhen China. I currently support 3 initiatives. I help NUS students with VC pitches, advise an AI company, and work on fixing plastic.

My strengths are operational execution, inclusive leadership, and data driven decision making especially in international expansion where I’ve built companies in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
